2. A mill certificate issued by the mill factory with stamp and signature must be provided before unload the material in our factory, otherwise we have our reason to refuse the material.
3. Before producing, all the material must pass the chemical and physical analysis to make sure that they have meet the requested strength and component.

Product Description
Our light poles are made from quality sheets through bending, forming, automatic welding, hot DIP galvanization and powder coating. We owned advanced production-line, it included Flatting machine, Steel plate shearer, bending machine, Auto-closed up machine, submerged arc welding machine and powder coating line. Both of our craft and technique are satisfactory.
Features:
1) Designed or improved for various kinds of light pole.
2) Light pole Material: Hot rolled steel.
3) Light pole Finishing: Hot DIP galvanized steel to antirust or with Powder coating to beautify pole.
4) Light pole packing: Woven bag, Plastic bubble paper or Black blanket.
5) Light pole Shape: Octagonal, Polygonal, Tapered round or Plum-shaped pole, polygon pole.
6) Light pole Length: 3-40m and Within 15 meters once forming without slip joint.
7) Light pole Thickness of bending plate: 2.5mm - 20mm
8) Light pole Anticorrosion methods: Hot DIP galvanized, anti rust primer marine paint or powder coating.
